Since 2019, guided by the bequest of philanthropist Mary-Leigh Smart and artist Beverly Hallam, we have built a space that affords artists and art professionals the freedom to rest, create, and connect. Surf Point is a 501c3 public charity. 80% of our annual budget of $650k is drawn from funds sustainably invested with F. L. Putnam; 20% is raised from foundations, individuals, earned income, and the general public.
